ITINERARY
Day 1-2 FES
Fez radiates a unique aura.
Fes is the spiritual and cultural heart of Morocco; vibrant, noisy, fascinating and overwhelming, with a huge, well-preserved medieval old city that’s the mother of all medinas: the vast and labyrinthine medina of Fez el-Bali, said to also be the world's largest urban area with no traffic cars. Walking up and down through the hilly city, following the pace and the old rhythms life.

Day 3  MEKNES
Just 40 miles from Fes lies the city of Meknes, another open-air museum. Meknes has a rich, prestigious past and harbors marvelous surprises.In the 17th century Sultan Moulay Ismail turned Meknes from a provincial town to a spectacular Imperial city – Visit the medina and the remnants of the royal palace. Pass through the Bab Mansour Gate on El Hedim square to enter the medina and enjoy this masterpiece of Spanish-Moorish art.

Day 4 VOLUBILIS
Visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis on a guided tour. This Roman archaeological site just north of Meknes is the most extensive one in Morocco and was declared a Unesco World Heritage site in 1997. Its triumphal arch, capitol and house of Bacchus attest to the splendor of the city, as well as its economic and political significance.

Day 5-6 CHEFCHAOUEN
Walk here for feeling like moving through a dream. Chefchaouen is one of the prettiest towns in Morocco, its medina has been lovingly cared for with striking blue and white washed houses, red-tiled roofs and artistic doorways. A mix of Moroccan and Andalusian influence. Take an orientation walk through the ancient medina and shop for handicrafts, or simply sit at a cafe and enjoy the pleasure of time passing by.

Good accommodations are vital to your enjoyment on tour, so we pre-screen before selecting. Hotels are as shown, although it may be necessary to substitute with an alternate hotel of equivalent standard.

COOKING CLASS
Learn how to prepare a whole Fassi Menu with one of our chefs: Starter, main course and desert. The lesson starts in the morning around 11am and ends at lunch time with the tasting of the menu you have prepared.The tools and cooking equipment are similar to those you are used to, so you can easily reproduce these recipes at home! The discovery of these traditional practices is initiated by women who will introduce you to the everyday life of a Moroccan family.

POTTERY WORKSHOP
Introductory workshop to the art of the Fassi Pottery with a master craftsman, you will participate in the different stages of objects creation, starting with the operation that gives the shape to the object, and finishing by the decoration with a paintbrush. The workshop takes about 03 hours (in the afternoon). At the end of this course, you can keep the object that you have made as a souvenir of your experience.

Introductory workshop to the art of making and assembling Moroccan tiles. Framed by a professional in Zellige, you will learn to draw and cut the small pieces of Zellige, before assembling them in a geometrical composition. The workshop takes about 03 hours (in the afternoon). At the end of the course, you can keep the object that you made as a souvenir of your experience.
